12-Month Package: You have 12 months to complete all services.

6-Month Package: Must be completed within 6 months.

3-Month Package: Must be completed within 3 months.
Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once you start, your treatments are reserved just for you.
We require 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule. If you miss your appointment or cancel late, that session will be forfeited.
Yes! Every package starts with a skin analysis and consultation to make sure your treatments are safe and customized to your needs.
Everyone’s skin and body respond differently. While our packages are designed for maximum results, outcomes may vary depending on your lifestyle, skin type, and commitment to your treatment plan.
A 1-month supply is included in the 12-month package.

Terms & Conditions – Bridal/Vacation Packages

1. Eligibility & Medical Clearance

All treatments require a consultation before starting.
Some services (microneedling, chemical peels, appetite suppressants, body sculpting) may not be suitable for all clients.
Clients must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, medications, and recent treatments.
Prescription appetite suppressants are only dispensed with physician approval.

2. Payment Policy

Packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase (unless otherwise stated in a written agreement).
Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No refunds will be issued for unused services.

3. Scheduling & Attendance

Clients are responsible for booking their sessions in advance.
A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or reschedules.
Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of that session.
All package services must be used within the timeframe purchased (12, 6, or 3 months).

4. Treatment Modifications

Juanderful Aesthetics reserves the right to adjust or substitute treatments if medically necessary or based on client response.
If a service is contraindicated, an alternative may be offered at the provider’s discretion.

5. Results Disclaimer

Results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and compliance with aftercare instructions.
No outcome is guaranteed.
Optimal results require following your treatment plan and recommended home care.

6. Risks & Consent

By purchasing a package, clients acknowledge the risks of facials, peels, microneedling, LED therapy, cold hammer, RF tightening, body sculpting, and prescription medication.
Written consent will be required before each advanced procedure.

7. Expiration Policy

12-Month Packages: Services must be completed within 12 months of purchase.
6-Month Packages: Services must be completed within 6 months of purchase.
3-Month Packages: Services must be completed within 3 months of purchase.

8. Product & Prescription Policy

Prescription appetite suppressants are subject to physician evaluation and follow-up.
Only the supply stated in the package (e.g., 1 month) is included. Additional prescriptions require separate consultation and payment.

9. Liability Waiver

Juanderful Aesthetics is not responsible for complications resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, failure to follow instructions, or outside treatments received elsewhere.

10. Agreement

By purchasing and/or starting a Bridal/Vacation Package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
