Refund Policy

At Juanderful Aesthetics, we maintain a strict No Refund and No Return Policy on all services and products. This policy applies to all aesthetic treatments including Botox, biostimulator injections, dermal fillers, medical weight loss programs, hair restoration treatments, and cryolipolysis procedures.

Payment Terms

All payments and deposits for Juanderful Aesthetics services are non-refundable and non-transferable without exception. This includes payments for:

• Facial rejuvenation treatments (Botox, fillers, biostimulators)

• Medical weight loss consultations and programs

• Hair restoration services and treatments

• Body contouring and cryolipolysis sessions

• Product purchases

Once your payment is processed for any service or product, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued under any circumstances.

Product Purchases

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all skincare, haircare, and aesthetic product sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any products, including unopened or unused items.

Appointment Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change. As a courtesy, Juanderful Aesthetics may allow rescheduling of appointments at our sole discretion and based on availability.

Please note that rescheduling is not guaranteed. All rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment via phone or email. We reserve the right to approve or decline any rescheduling request based on our business operations, provider availability, and other considerations.

By booking any service or purchasing any product with Juanderful Aesthetics, you acknowledge and accept this policy in its entirety and understand that no exceptions will be made.
